My friend and I went to this place together, and the service was terrible, as were the facilities. The hot water for the shower wasn’t warm, and the air conditioner broke down during use. The hygiene conditions were alarming—we even found cockroaches in the room. Worst of all, the massage therapists caused pain to both me and my friend in an attempt to rush through the session. The customer service manager was dismissive and refused to offer any compensation or solutions. We were both very angry and feel the need to expose this place. We strongly advise against going there—you’ll regret it if you do.
