Community Guidelines

Reviews, questions, tips and messages help other visitors. Keep them honest, useful and safe. Breaking these rules gets content removed and, if repeated, the account closed.

Do

• Write about your own visit: what it was like, what you paid, how you were treated.
• Keep tips practical: when to go, how to get there, what to know.
• Be respectful about staff and other visitors.

Don’t

• No personal information: no real names, phone numbers, LINE IDs, social media handles or photos of staff or other visitors.
• No prices or offers for sexual services, and no arranging meetings with staff through SwanPass.
• Nothing involving minors, coercion or trafficking. We report this to the authorities.
• No fake reviews, reviews of your own venue or competitors, or reviews in exchange for a discount.
• No hate, threats, harassment, spam or advertising.
• No illegal drugs, and nothing that breaks local law.

Messages with venues

Messages are for questions about opening hours, prices on the menu, availability and deals. Venues must not use messages to send spam or ask for personal details. Either side can report a message.

Reporting

Use “Report” next to any review, question, tip or message, or contact us on LINE @swanpass or [email protected]. Reports about the safety of a person are handled first. In an emergency, call Thailand’s Tourist Police on 1155.
