Boss Palace

Didn't like this hotel at all. A bit far out . Bathroom for us was not considerate, as we are 2 ladies over the age 70 and had to step in and out of a high bath to shower which had mould around the tiles. Communication was not good, as they spoke very little English. However The man at the front door was very helpful with our bags and opening car and van doors for us. We noticed that most of the hotels had front steps. This one had about 15 to 20. Buffet breakfast was not very western friendly . Having the translator on our phone was a help. But overall we need to do more research re accommodation. The room had 2 dirty pairs of pink thongs for both us. Unfortunately can't recommend this motel to anyone

First time in vietnam, so dissapointed with this place, 1 small window that overlooked next door pub, bathroom was not aged friendly as we had to climb into bath tub to get the shower, bath was higher than normal and not appropriate for our ages 74 and 73. However the man at the door was always there to open car door for us and carry stuff up the 12 plus steps to foyer, language was a problem as people on front desk could not understand what we were asking, but we have learned that having a translater on our phone was a must. The pink thongs were our room slippers, we didn,t touch them.

The reception staff and everyone working at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Their kindness made my stay even more pleasant. The room was excellent and very comfortable. My room had a bathtub, and the bathroom included shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo. I especially liked the hand soap, which had a very nice fragrance. A toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton buds were also provided, and there was also a hair dryer in the bathroom. Next to the kettle, there were bottles of water, tea, and instant coffee available. There was also a mini refrigerator and a safety box for valuables in the room, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and served on the 8th floor, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Ho Chi Minh City while eating a delicious buffet. The chef kindly cooked fried eggs and added vegetables for guests, which was a nice personal touch. The hotel is conveniently located about 20–30 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. About a 15-minute walk away is Vạn Hạnh Mall, a large and modern shopping mall with a supermarket in the basement. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel, so the area stays lively even late at night. Getting around the city is easy using Grab. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Khách sạn nghĩ sao để gương đối diện giường, đuôi giường đối diện cửa ra vào, wifi yếu, máy lạnh yếu, Ti vi không có youtube, phòng nhỏ, xin thêm chăn thì ko cho, trong phòng treo tranh cô gái theo phong thuỷ thì ko nên treo như vậy, trái cây ko đa dạng, phòng nhỏ, dịch vụ chưa tốt lắm, kêu lên coi sao mạng wifi yếu, cái nhân viên lên rút dây ra rồi gắm lại =))) cách âm ko tốt nha, đứng ngoài cửa là nghe hết bên trong nói gì luôn =))) nhân viên thái độ tốt chỉ có điều là phòng tui 3 người xin thêm chăn để đắp thì ko cho thôi, đồ ăn sáng ko đa dạng lắm luôn í

A ne surtout pas fréquenter . Nous étions un groupe de voyageurs (climat du monde) Cet hôtel est habité par les cafards, les fréquentation de l'hôtel ne sont pas rassurante . Le petit déjeuner est un désastre... Une honte. Le personnel fait mine de ne pas savoir parler anglais. Aucune installation n'était opérationnelle (piscine ou sauna) de plus les fenêtres des chambres sont factices... Un zéro pointé
