Videoke room setup was good. Food is pricey. Service needs improvement specially when for food that are expected to be served. Unavailable food and the replacement was just decided by the staff and have not even informed the customer.
Food and service not good.
We were only able to experience the KTV due to it being a freebie (1hr) for reaching 1k php at the Pao Cafe downstairs... I did not rate the food as we were already full so did not order anymore though looking at the price it is expensive and will probably use up the consumable rate fast if you are going to use the place normally... ambience inside the room assigned to us was sophisticated... sound system including mic and set up were excellent... karaoke songs are easily input from a big tablet like equipment and were from karaoke videos found in youtube (you can buy usb with 5k songs like these in online stores)...
Food was delish, the staff were nice and helpful, ganda nung pa gold ambiance sa hallway, nice rooms too, linis.
Had an amazing time celebrating a birthday here! 🎉 The vietnamese food was absolutely delicious, the service was amazing, and the ambiance really set the perfect mood for the party night, we reserved the bar and a vip room. Everything just came together so well. Highly recommended for parties and special celebrations—you won’t be disappointed!
Great place but way overpriced food and bad quality food, do not go there for eating. Only for billard or singing.
