1. The dry sauna was not working and didn't even give me any sweat. 2. The massage was perfunctorily done. A massage gun would have done a better work in alleviating my soreness. If only I can access some difficult areas with my own hands.5 3. The front desk was haphazardly trained to "nudge" clients to book time slots that have yet to be filled. They would corner you and say, "because you didn't book online..." you can only submit to them, as if Im not a paying customer. They would only budge if you're firm, otherwise, they act like you don't have much choice. 4. Some guys were also loudly chatting vis-a-vis low key flirting on the hallway approaching the steam room, one can hear the even at the sauna and shower area. This will probably the last time I'll visit. The facility and service has just sinked and imploded like the OceanGates Titan Sub.

It's too dark, I went last year and it had some renovations but remained as dark as ever. I wish they would take the comments and reviews seriously and actually implement them. I suggest there be an area in which its well lit and another for dark areas just like the other spas. It's all dark to the point I was having a hard time navigating and even just finding the handle of the shower. I will try to visit maybe next year again and will leave a review if there will be improvements, but for now I don't recommend for those people having problems seeing in the dark.

Absolutely terrible experience. Would never return. I read a previous review saying the place was too dark. I laughed it off and thought I could deal with it. Pero pucha, ang dilim nga talaga. It wasn’t just a mood thing, it was a serious safety and hygiene issue. The darkness ruined the whole experience. The design of the place feels like it was never properly thought through. The sauna was awful! It felt damp and borderline moldy. The layout was confusing. Drinking water wasn’t working. The only 4 showers weren’t functioning either. Walang sampayan ng towel. Everything was so dark. (Yes, I’m repeating it because that’s how bad it was.) Locker area? Freezing cold. No bench to sit on, so you’re left awkwardly standing while putting on socks and shoes. Parang pinagawa lang basta-basta. Then there’s the bizarre part… I have long hair and was told to tie it up because “baka mapagkamalan akong babae.” In a male-only spa. I’m muscular, look like Tarzan, and it’s called Cave Spa! Weren’t cavemen long-haired? Hair is a social construct, guys. Now the massage… The rooms were disgusting. The bed had visible cracks in the leatherette, no bed sheet, no towel covering the headrest hole. I had to press my face into that cracked surface. It felt unsanitary. And the masseur? Poor guy. Super kind, but honestly, maybe this line of work isn’t for him.

Tiny place I tried out yesterday. Has a dry sauna and a steam room and that’s pretty much it oh and a little non functioning dry sauna. SUPER DARK like where you can barely see the walls, the showers are like pitch black almost and same for the steam room. I’m 36 and had LASIK eye surgery done so I have pretty good eyesight and still found this place uncomfortably dark. It’s 700php to get in to use the little sauna place but not worth it. Also it’s only some side fun that happens there, boring as hell. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend it.
