まず入店しても誰も席まで案内してくれないし、注文も取ってくれない。客が上の階から下の階まで店員を探し回ってなんとかお願いをしなければいけないスタイル。そしてウェイトレスはぶすーっとした顔で（めんどくせぇなぁ）みたいな雰囲気で注文を取る。一応注文品は来るし、味もまぁ普通だが明らかに人員が足りていなく、態度も悪い。あとKTVがとんでもなく騒音なため、普通に会話は不可能だと思った方がいい。
Nice place for a short get-together moment or mini reunion on a very limited time (basta mag kitakits lang without the need for any preparation). Typical KTV Bar. Enjoyed seeing once again my batchmates from Villamor HS (thanks to Beng & Babes for organizing to welcome our balikbayans Divine & Tolits).

Place have a nice ambiance. But for first timer, you will not get the best service. A rowdy group in the next table got 12 songs (4sets) when management says 4 songs per table, it means you have to be a regular o know somebody in the staff to get the privilege. When our turn to sing our song set, that same table wants to grab the mic with the help of the waitress, very immature not to check who is the one in queue. Lastly, the same waitress, grab our beers bottles with contents in it. Such behavior is NOT very professional, not very trained, if the management allows this people in their staff, it means they tolerate this actions. NOT RECOMMENDED and will NOT go back, there are a lot of better establishments out there.
