The glass partition and fishbowl area are situated to the left, yet the women on staff do not confine themselves to this space. Instead, the three or four working ladies opt to sit on chairs in front of the glass or linger outside, promptly approaching upon spotting a potential customer.

At Palace, two Thai attendants preside over the lobby. They exude a warm welcome to customers, with at least one of them fluent in English. While this amicable attitude might stand out in places like Bangkok or even Pattaya, it's well in line with the warm and hospitable demeanor found in Isaan. Here, even foreigners in search of adult entertainment are embraced with open arms due to the region's inherent warmth and openness.
