Several Thai-language reviews of outer-area spas say staff did not match the photos shown before booking. One reviewer of a Sukhumvit 77/1 spa reports a change of owner and a 50-minute wait despite a booking, and another, writing about a Rama IX Soi 43 spa, says it now trades under a different name.
