First Spa

This is the worst massage place I have ever been to. We came across this place because it was open late at night, so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to sign up for a membership, but we declined. The front desk service was okay, but the experience after that was absolutely horrifying. 😫 First of all, smoking is allowed everywhere! The entire place was filled with cigarette smoke. Even the massage rooms had ashtrays everywhere, and smoking was allowed inside the rooms. Whole shop the smell was unbearable! When they brought us upstairs, the first thing that happened was that my husband, my brother-in-law, and I were assigned to the SAME room! For a full-body massage, I expected some privacy, or at least a private room for couples. Apparently, they didn’t have that. I felt extremely uncomfortable, so I chose the spot furthest inside the room. I even reminded them to close the curtains, but the massage therapist kept opening them and completely ignored how uncomfortable and embarrassed I felt. I also told them I was feeling cold. All they did was turn up the air conditioning, but they didn’t give me a proper blanket ， just a tiny towel. They also used what felt like cheap milk massage oil, which was extremely greasy and had no relaxing scent whatsoever. To make things worse, my whole body became red and extremely itchy after the massage. The itching was so bad! I have never had such a terrible experience at a massage place. After the massage, nobody even accompanied us downstairs. We actually got lost trying to find our way out! When we finally reached the ground floor, nobody asked us how the massage was or whether we were satisfied. They simply asked us to pay and leave. Overall, this place was a complete disappointment. Poor privacy, unbearable cigarette smoke, uncomfortable facilities, an average massage, and an itchy skin reaction afterwards. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!
