BB Reflexology

I had a very poor experience at this place. The massage technique was not good—just random pressing here and there with no systematic approach. The therapist kept looking at their phone on and off, which felt very unprofessional. Worse, I was offered “special services.” When I declined, the therapist cut my session short from one hour to just 45 minutes without any explanation or apology. The hygiene was also concerning—the massage bed and floor were visibly dirty and oily. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper, professional massage.

Very unpleasant experience. I had already informed them beforehand that I prefer a therapist with stronger pressure. However, the therapist said she didn’t want to handle any lady customer and another therapist took over, but unfortunately she had very little strength and the massage was not effective. The counter staff was polite and helpful though. He assisted in shortening my session from 1.5 hours to 1 hour and helped arrange a refund for the remaining time. Still, overall it was a disappointing experience and I probably won’t return.

I always write reviews with the intention of helping other consumers like myself. I’ve had Thai massages many times in Thailand and Malaysia, so I have some experience to compare with. Unfortunately, this place was quite disappointing. The overall atmosphere was much darker and more uninviting than I expected, and the massage area didn’t feel very clean. There were no clothes provided to change into, which is quite unusual for a Thai massage place. Although the massage was supposed to be 1 hour, I noticed the timer had already started before the massage began. I ended up timing it myself, and the therapist seemed to notice. She adjusted a bit to make up for it, but in the end, the session lasted only 57 minutes. In terms of skill, the massage itself wasn’t bad — I’ve definitely had worse — but the overall experience fell short. The lack of cleanliness, absence of proper preparation (like change of clothes), and the slightly shady ambiance really took away from what could have been a relaxing experience. The price was RM80, which is similar to other places, but given the service quality, I’d rather try a different place next time.
