Really friendly staff and customers. Jun was great and very responsive organising tours including national park and full moon party. Is only 10-15min walk from beach and loads of restaurants and bars! Great place as a solo traveller due to the friendliness of everyone !
Awesome stay at Alpha. The manager (Jun) and staff are all extremely accommodating and friendly. Facilities are relaxing and peaceful. Will definitely be returning next time I pass through.
Etablissement à fuir absolument... Jun, le directeur de l'hôtel est aimable comme une porte de prison... on repassera pour le pays du sourire ! Bref, mon expérience a été horrible dans cet hôtel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés Jun nous a accompagné dans une chambre que je qualifierai de vétuste et de sale. Pour information sur les 15 jours ou nous avons résidé dans cet hôtel , les femmes de chambre sont venues nettoyer 2 fois dans le séjour. Résultat : Au bout de 48h je me suis retrouvé avec des piqûres sur tout le corps. J'en ai vite conclut qu'il s'agissait d'acariens. Ayant prévu de partir 3 jours sur Koh Tao, j'ai prévenu Jun pour lui demander de faire le nécessaire pendant notre absence. Il n'a absolument rien fait. Nous avons du acheter une alaise anti acarien mais aucun effet. La nuit suivante, j'ai du dormir par terre. Le lendemain il a fait mine de nous ignorer. Pour ne pas faire de scandal nous avons décidé de prendre un autre hôtel jusqu'à la fin du séjour. J'espère qu'il lira l'avis que je laisse mais j'en suis même pas sur. A part préparer ses factures sur son ordi il ne fait pas grand chose pour ses clients... J'ai mis 1/5 parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre 0. Ce type et cet établissement sont lamentables. Je ne comprends même pas comment Trip advisor ou booking peuvent proposer ce gourbi à des clients.
I had a great experience at this resort having no running water for almost 16 hours from 7pm till 11am next day and had to walk 1km to nearly shopping mall to use the toilet in the next morning unforgettable memories for a life time .🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
Perfct place to stay in Ko Samui. Rooms are nice , the atmosphere is so cool . The pool is great . Breakfast is amazing and the staff is so kind . I will be back for sure
Our stay at Alpha was amazing! Beautiful setting, top tier service (Jun the manager is incredible!), and a great way to meet friends while traveling. Alpha also makes it super easy to book excursions. There are also weekly events planned onsite that make finding fun super easy.
Koh Samui at your fingertips. The hotel is just perfect. With all the amenities and convenience you could ask for in a completely gay environment. I would return in a heartbeat.
A quiet place like a Little paradise with other gays mens who look like a brotherhood. A safe place to relax with good welcoming And kindess peoples. We hope we will come back the others next years if it’s still possible. :-)
The concept is good. But it's a pity that the bar and playroom + steamroom close already at 9pm.
