⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience Some people choose this line of work because they want an easier way to make money. Unfortunately, the experience I had here made me feel that even the most basic level of professionalism was too much to expect. Let me be clear: I understand that this is a business. People work to make money, and I have absolutely no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is making one agreement before a customer arrives, changing the terms afterward, and then treating the customer badly for expecting the original agreement to be respected. Here's what happened. We negotiated in advance for two girls, two rounds, and two hours. I didn't even insist on choosing specific girls. I was flexible and agreed to go along with whoever was available. Everything seemed fine during the initial negotiation. But once we arrived, the agreement suddenly changed to two shots and one hour. With around ten minutes still remaining in that hour, the service had already been reduced to a handjob. When I questioned why things had changed, the conversation quickly turned into talk about calling the boss or even the police. Seriously? I came here to relax and enjoy myself, not to argue over an agreement that had already been made. I then asked to speak to the owner, hoping that someone responsible would help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude changed too, and the situation became even more disappointing. At that point, I decided to leave. When I went downstairs, the person I had negotiated with was nowhere to be found. The other staff members also had a completely different attitude from the friendly and welcoming behavior I had encountered earlier. The biggest problem isn't that they want to make money. It's the lack of professionalism, the inconsistency, and the apparent lack of respect for the agreement made with the customer. If the terms had been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have decided whether I wanted to accept them. Instead, I felt that what had been agreed upon beforehand was not respected once I arrived. A business should not welcome customers with one attitude and then treat them completely differently when a disagreement arises. If there's a misunderstanding, it should be handled professionally, not with threats about calling the police. I used to recommend this area to friends visiting Phuket. After this experience, I won't be recommending this establishment anymore. If you're visiting Phuket and looking for a good nightlife experience, I'd suggest exploring other options in Patong instead. There are plenty of places to choose from, so there's no reason to settle for an experience like this. My advice to anyone considering this place: Confirm every detail before paying, including the duration and the exact service being offered. Don't assume that an agreement made beforehand will necessarily be honored. I came here expecting a relaxing experience. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I've learned my lesson. I won't be returning to this establishment, and it will no longer be a place I recommend to my friends.
