Freelancers in Batam nightlife

1st visit this place. Led lighting , music, and Manager are very friendly.

The management at this place is extremely irresponsible. Even when you report staff who are clearly slacking off, management does absolutely nothing about it. There’s also a woman in black who gives you disgusted looks and makes condescending gestures if you don’t drink alcohol. The whole attitude feels more like a gang than a proper establishment. That woman seems to have no standards whatsoever, and the overall quality of the staff is seriously disappointing. The staff’s attitude and professionalism are simply unacceptable. If you decide to come here, be prepared for a very unpleasant experience.

Atmosphere is good from start to the end, performance wise are tip top, waiter and waitress help you with your drinks A good place to visit

From good to mediocre....

First Club Batam stands out as the premier nightlife destination on the island, combining scale, high-end production, and energetic entertainment. As a massive venue outfitted with modern, high-tech lighting and pristine facilities—including remarkably clean restrooms—the club sets a high standard for regional nightlife. Security is tight and reliable, providing complete peace of mind throughout the evening. The entertainment lineup is non-stop, featuring live performances from singers, dancers, and DJs with a heavy focus on popular Chinese tracks, alongside vibrant birthday celebrations and dynamic digital message signage lighting up the room. Friendly and attentive staff ensure seamless service, backed by a large team of female hostesses ready to assist with drinks and companionship. Pricing is remarkably fair for a venue of this caliber; bottle service and table minimums offer great value, with average spending landing around IDR 1,000,000 per person. Hot food and snacks are also available to keep the energy up late into the night. With doors open until 4:00 AM and ample free parking on-site, it is an effortless choice for a night out, though pre-booking a table is strongly recommended given its popularity.
