We got a very spacious, stunning, and lively room! We feel very comfortable and relaxed, this specific room temperature is not particularly too cold or warm it is perfect. The service is efficient and the food was yummers, the bathroom is convenient and clean so I can sing in the toilet. Overall 5 stars!!

The good 1. Ordered hot lemon tea drink, they able to arrange. 2. Room is nice clean and good. 3. Sound system good. The bad. 1. The user interface song application to select and find songs is one of the worst I seen. Feels like my home cheap tv box karaoke menu. I strongly think those cheap family karaoke place is better in finding songs. If u have been to those with better user interface song application, u will know what I mean. This is something this Zplus need to improve. 2. Price on high side and find it not worth since the song application is bad.
Amazing experience at ZPLUS KTV. Very welcoming and accommodating for me and my friend. Great drinks and food selection and quick service. Friendly service with smile and quick to help with any issues! Great song selection and good quality audio, would recommend to anyone looking for karaoke in Singapore!
Very clean and spacious place. Went there with friends (total 4 pax) from 2:30pm-5:30pm on 15 Sep. Sound system very good. A lot of songs choices.
