XIU KTV 秀(수KTV) 수가라오케 Su Karaoke

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was quoted $30 USD for an hour, but when the bill came, I was charged $45 USD. To make matters worse, they slapped on a $10 USD service charge which is completely unjustified. There was literally zero "service"—I had to leave the room constantly to find staff myself because the microphones were faulty. We spent half our time dealing with technical issues instead of singing. The mics ran out of battery every 5 minutes, ruining the entire mood. While the individual staff members were polite and helpful when I actually went out to find them, the equipment and the dishonest pricing make this place a total rip-off. Not worth the money or the headache.
