Merlin Tower is a rundown building built in 1970s. The building mainly consist of massage parlours, food and drink stalls, and JB Central Hotel. Occupation rate of JB Central Hotel seems like not very high because not many room light up at night. This building need refurbish to improve human traffic flow.
Old establishment. Limited offerings. Mostly rundown massage establishments. Foot reflexology is ok at reasonable prices. Mostly Indo and Thai masseuses. Varies from very good to poor service.
