Sunflower Bistro And KTV

We had a very unpleasant experience at this KTV and would strongly advise others to be cautious. Six of us visited together, and based on the prices initially presented, the total bill should have been just over 4,000 pesos. However, after the session, the staff suddenly added multiple unclear and unexplained charges that were never properly disclosed beforehand. When we questioned these charges and refused to pay the inflated amount, we were pressured to pay as much as 8,000 pesos. We felt this was completely unreasonable. As a result, we had to involve the police, and the situation was eventually handled at the police station. In the end, we paid 5,000 pesos just to resolve the situation, even though we firmly believe this was still more than what we should have been charged. The lack of transparent pricing and the coercive attitude of the staff made this a very stressful experience. Otherwise, the situation could have been much more intimidating. We hope management takes this seriously and improves their business practices.

Bad customer service. Highly not RECOMMEND 💯 Why you ask? because the staff jokingly mock our friend who was confused and was the one filling out the paper for reservation and they didn't even inform us that food is not allowed to be brought there and only told us about it when it was time for us to leave and the male staff said it in a threatening and aggressive tone and said that we were lucky we didn't get to pay the 500 penalty because he was kind and he wouldn't hit us because we are girls because if we were guys he would beat up in a joking tone and yet kept on his threatening us to pay more than 500 if we don't clean room properly if we left. Probably the first and last time to visit here with my long time friends.

LONG REVIEW AHEAD!! November 22, 2025: It was my birthday. So, I have a good and bad review. So atong unahon is ang positive one. Honestly, my bf and I had fun and had a great time during our experience at Sunflower Bistro And KTV. Rooms are small though but enough for the both of us. They also have a bell to press for service but haven't tried it since I prefer going to the counter. The microphone's working well, the sound system is great, and AC is working fine. Everything seems perfect and positive but... BUT NAA JUD GIHAPON NEGATIVE COMMENT AND NEED IMPROVEMENT OR ILISAN! So, before everything happened, pag abot ug pagsulod palang jud namo sa "lobby", nag ask najud ko lahus ug pila ang price sa Small Room? or if naa ba silay something like "Birthday Special" kay syempre basin diayg naa haha. Then ang waiter nitubag ug 200 per hour ang small room and wala daw silay birthday special, but naa silay consumable na rates. Naapuy bf nako na sig pangutana sa akoa samtang nagbasa ug namili sya sa menu ug unsay among orderon na pagkaon ug drinks, while ga storya sad mis cashier ug waiter kay syempre, first time customer gd mi, so daghan jud kog questions para klaro ba. Naglibog jud ko asa ko maminaw, sa cashier ug waiter ba or sa akong uyab. Pero despite sa situation nga nag multitasking akong ears, nakadungog jud ko na ang first tubag jd sa akoa sa waiter na room price kay 200 per hour daw, and actually naa puy poster na nakabutang sa front desk which shows pila jud ang prices. After nakapili na akong bf ug unsay orderon namo, so amo na gi order, then syempre while ga sulat ang waiter, gatan aw sad ko, nag ask ko usab pila ang price sa room for clarification ug para makalista ug makatotal pud ko in advance kay mao jd na akong ginahimo incase something went wrong, nitubag balik ang waiter kaso medyo hinay na iyang tingog ana sya "200 ma'am", partida blurry pani akong mata pero kita jd ko gisiko sya sa cashier, nagtan away pa silang duha, then gitutukan nakong cashier, shuldita kayg vibes, waman lay smile bsag gamay, then tan aw kos waiter, nitingog sya ug niingon na "pila mo ka hours ma'am?" maong akong bf nalang ang nitubag na depende. During sa among oras, naggawas ko kay nag ask ko if asa pwede mag vape kay bawal man sa sulod sa room. Murag after 15mins ata, nanuktok na ang waiter, and nag ask mi if ever mag 1 hour rami, pwede ba namo mauli ang drinks nga wala na open, then di daw pwede kay lagi nakasulat nadaw sa resibo. Di na gani pwede ma cancel ang unopened drinks namo, need pajud mi mag add ug additional charge paras unopened drinks. Mao to akong gi ask ang bill, then as in akong gihimo na lists and total sakong phone kay perting layuas total sa bill. Na shock pako nga ang "200 per hour, Small Room Price" kay nahimong 250. Basig ingnan ta ninyog cheap or O.A kay na shock ko. Diman sa ingon wa tay kwarta or dita ka afford kay affordable raman jud unta siya kaayo. Money is not an issue but nganong nausab? What happened? When they told me sa pag abot namo, before pa nag order and before everything else, kay lahi? Maong wala nalang mi nag extend kay sa 1hour namo, among nabayran tanan kay naas mga ₱1.1k – ₱1.3k. Our time at Sunflower Bistro & KTV could’ve been entirely positive, but because of the billing concern it created unnecessary frustration that affected the experience and impacted our final impression. Despite this, we’ll gladly visit again and hope the issue gets sorted out.
