Such great value , $11 dollar massage and full access to their sauna, steam room, hot spas and colder plunge (gets down to around 5°c) They provide a free locker , towel, shorts to wear in the spa area and slides 6 dollar entry for just the facility and no massage

Great sauna facilities and one of the best cold plunge setups I’ve seen in Phnom Penh. The sauna is properly hot, and the cold plunge pool goes down to around 4.3°C, which is amazing if you enjoy real cold immersion. Not many places offer water that cold. The whole place feels modern, clean, and well designed. Everything looks new, the lockers are clean, and the overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable. There are multiple plunge pools and plenty of space to rest between sauna sessions. They also have classic sauna snacks like boiled eggs, and most importantly cold young coconut - perfect after a sauna session. Overall a very well done place with great facilities and a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the better sauna spots in the city.
