Almost 400 pesos for a 1.5L bottle of soda is completely unreasonable and pure highway robbery. Overcharging customers for basic items like this is disrespectful and takes advantage of people just trying to enjoy a night out. It's no wonder nobody is recommending this place.. you're driving away your own customers with these ridiculous prices.

Not recommended. In my experience visiting KTV bars around Iloilo City, I’ve never encountered food portions this small—especially considering the price and the fact that the staff claimed the dishes were good for 2–3 or even 3–4 people. The servings we received were honestly closer to a single-person portion. We were a group of 25 people celebrating my partner’s birthday, and it was shocking how little the food servings were. For example, the buttered shrimp cost ₱525 and came with only 5 very small pieces. For a dish that was supposed to be shared, it felt extremely overpriced and disappointing. Because the servings were so small, we had to order the same dishes three times (x3) just for our group to feel somewhat satisfied. Even with a ₱6,000 consumable, the food was barely enough and felt like it could only properly feed about 6 people based on the portion sizes we received. To be fair, the ambiance is excellent and the staff were polite and accommodating, which we appreciate. However, we came here expecting decent food portions, especially since this is a high-value hotel venue. I sincerely hope management reviews their portion sizes because serving food like this is very disappointing for customers.
