I had a great massage with Theo today, beautiful guy and very professional and he also speak very good english. The residence its a very beautiful place. Super clean and very near to Sala Daeng.
The place is okay, and it's kept reasonably clean. But the therapist named Sejun was really bad, and his attitude was poor. It was the worst massage I've had in Thailand. If you want a massage, there are much better places in Bangkok. 店里环境还算干净，但技师Sejun的水平真的很差，态度也不好。这是我在泰国最糟糕的一次按摩体验。想按摩的话，曼谷还有很多更好的选择。
18/10/26 This spa is really great! I had Theo as my masseuse this evening and he was amazing. I asked for a strong massage and he did not disappoint. Will be back again for sure.
If you want to experience what it's like to be humiliated, come to this space! This is the first time I've ever heard of asking customers to go to a normal massage parlor. 😠😠😠
Booking confusion and poor customer service! Several reviewers mentioned this regarding booing and quality of receptionists. My LINE booking was not in the system, but instead of apologizing, the receptionist took a photo of the message on my phone and sent it somewhere. I was then told I could only book one hour due to full rooms whenever I come and whoever therapists I choose today. When I asked about therapist Yuya, I was first told 4:30 PM, even though the schedule showed he was booked until then. The time then changed to “maybe 4:45 PM.” When I asked about tomorrow, no one could confirm a reliable appointment time. Most disappointing was the lack of any apology or basic courtesy. Popular businesses should still treat visiting customers with the same hospitality as loyal local customers. I would choose a place that handles reservations professionally and values all guests.
The worst massage experience that I have ever had. The therapy was with DAVE. No massage skills at all. Sometimes I even felt his nails scratched me. What’s more, I ordered 90mins massage, but it only lasted for 60mins. I don’t understand why there would be two extremely different experiences in the same shop. I hope all your therapists are well trained. Don’t add one to the list if he is not persistently good enough.
새로 생긴 마사지샵이 있다고 해서 다녀왔습니다. "SON" 관리사에게 2시간 코스로 받았는데요. 허리가 아팠었는데 케어 잘해주시네요. 마사지 스쿨에서 배운 실력이여서 다른 관리사분들이랑 차원이 다르게 시원합니다. ^^ 다음에 또 방문하면 찾으려구요.
I had a wonderful experience at Residences Spa and would definitely give it five stars! The environment is clean, calm, and beautifully designed, with a very upscale and relaxing atmosphere—you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Therapist Son is certified and highly skilled, with excellent technique and just the right amount of pressure. After the session, my neck, shoulders, and back felt much more relaxed. Son is also very good looking, warm, and attentive, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to unwind!
