Paragon KTV

I have tried Paragon several times already but what made me do a review was my most recent visit. We made a call on a Saturday night and asked if they have available rooms for 3-4. They said yes so we said we would like to reserve at 7:30pm. When we got to Paragon, the manager, who seems to be not enjoying his job because of his boring tone of voice, said that there are no rooms available for 3-4. We said we just made a call but he mentioned that "no reservations for rooms good for 3-4". Frustrated, I told him how come they don't have a uniform script. What we were told over the phone was different on what he was telling us. To the Paragon Cubao admin, please make sure what you tell your customers are the same over the phone and in person. To the manager who was dressed in black polo who kept on insisting to us that we can get the room good for 5pax instead, please find a job that will make you happy because you seem to be not engaging with customers and dealing with their frustrations. It seems they just wanted customers to feel hopeless for a room and do unnecessary upgrade. A good manager should be empathetic and puts customers first more than the business earning more. I hope he reads this message.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The place had worn-out sofas but was extremely clean, which was most important. The food is also very tasty. Specifically, the Pancit Bihon, Chopsuey, and Lumpiang Shanghai. We have yet to try the other items on the menu when we come back. Hopefully, in the nearest future. 😇 Go T.R.! 😜

Medyo budol, if you are going on a group make sure all Ok you will come in at the same time, kasi they will charge everyone na dunating per hour, then for the price luma and panget yung sound system and luma pati yung TV, food madami yung serving pero di mo naman mauubos kasi di masarap.mabagal pa service and di kalinisan.
