Been to Oscars several times. Drinks are reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Typically they get good quality bands. Nice that they have a long balcony upstairs to get fresh air or have a smoke and chat. We always have a good time here. Overall a really fun spot and reasonably priced for everything.
Best bar in Cambodia fantastic band very friendly People,,,can make new friends very quickly. I highly recommend going here. You will love it.
Reliably good live bands from 10pm every day. No cover charge and the drinks are normal bar prices. Oscar cares about music. But in this day and age of human rights, there was something I was truly shocked to witness and which made me feel unwell - people smoking tobacco.
Crazy mixture of a girlie bar and a Punk/Metal-live music venue. Very nice owner, it is phantastic to sit on the balcony and enjoy the city nightlive view.
Go every time I am in Phnom Penh for the live music and good vibes.
