As some have mentioned already here. Place is going downhill. The staff are rude and girls sit only a few minutes and expect tips maybe the girls are in high demand jumping from room to room because of less work permits being issued. They don’t care about customer satisfaction anymore.

整体环境依旧在线，装修与音响都保持高水准；但服务细节需加强。上次结账时因未当场核对余额，事后发现剩余三塔啤酒被清零，沟通无果，体验大打折扣。建议离房前务必确认小票。人均$100+，食物4，服务3，氛围5，噪音适中，适合多人聚会。
I went there several times and always enjoyed myself. However the last time I was there, my friends & I extended our session. By the time we left we are very sure that there are 3 towers of beer left as balance as we are not drunk. We overlooked by not making sure the balance was indicated by their staff after paying the bill. When we checked back they blatantly insisted that we have no more balance left which makes us super pissed off as we are not first time customers. Really feel like carrot head kena chopped. Sharing my worst experience to remind all bros to check before leaving the place
The overall standard has dropped significantly compared to my previous visits. The girl only sat with me for 2–5 minutes before leaving to butterfly for almost an hour. I used to frequent Level 9 quite often in the past, but it’s been a while since my last visit and things have clearly changed. The mamasan, Angel, was extremely rude. She kept pressuring me to make payment and even raised her voice, shouting at me despite me being a customer. I’m not sure if they’re desperate for that $50 or what, but her attitude was completely unacceptable and ruined the entire experience. Brothers, I strongly advise you not to come to this KTV . I’ve been going to KTVs for a long time, and I can confidently say that the standard here is no longer what it used to be. Unless if u which dont mind to be taken advantage of and being scolded by their staff called Angel
