One of the worst bars in LK Metro. Some of the girls are bitchy and overly pushy when it comes to getting drinks. Once you buy them a drink, they often immediately walk away somewhere: to dance, go to the toilet, or entertain another customer. But the worst part about Kink is the service and staff. They are unfriendly, rude, and arrogant. I even approached the mamasan to ask why a girl would drink her lady drink in just 1–2 minutes without even talking to me, repeat this several times in a row, and then walk away to dance. I couldn't get a straight answer, even though I had bought her five lady drinks. How can anyone expect a customer to want to spend more time or continue the evening with a girl when this is the kind of treatment they receive? This bar left me with nothing but negative impressions. My advice: save your money and find a much better bar than this one.

Very mixed experience. As far as I liked atmosphere and club setup, also I can stand pressure for buying drinks for hostesses, but even you decide to sit with any of them other still keep coming even you say no, and tried to join. There were a few staff that kept coming and literally harassing for tips so they would leave me in peace. Kills all the mood.

Unacceptable behaviour and poor image. The staff treat foreign guests in a condescending way instead of being friendly and professional. Even when it was not busy, there was no improvement. This not only comes across as rude, it also damages the club's reputation. If I were the owner, I would make this an immediate priority. Clear service standards, training, and firm rules need to be implemented. Every guest must feel welcome, no matter where they come from. Anything less is simply not sustainable. And that's exactly the point. It's outrageous when guests feel pressured to leave a tip, especially when the service is poor. A tip is a reward for good service, not something you can coerce. When the service is already bad and you feel pressured anyway, that's disrespectful and brazen. Exactly that kind of behaviour makes guests never want to return. พฤติกรรมเช่นนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ยอมรับไม่ได้และส่งผลเสียต่อภาพลักษณ์อย่างมาก พนักงานปฏิบัติต่อลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติด้วยท่าทีดูถูกเหยียดหยาม แทนที่จะแสดงความเป็นมิตรและมีความเป็นมืออาชีพ แม้แต่ในช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้าไม่เยอะ สถานการณ์ก็ไม่ได้ดีขึ้นเลย พฤติกรรมนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ดูหยาบคายเท่านั้น แต่ยังทำลายชื่อเสียงของคลับอีกด้วย หากฉันเป็นเจ้าของ ฉันจะถือว่าเรื่องนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วน จำเป็นต้องมีการกำหนดมาตรฐานการบริการที่ชัดเจน การฝึกอบรมพนักงาน และกฎระเบียบที่เข้มงวด ลูกค้าทุกคนต้องรู้สึกได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างดีไม่ว่าจะมาจากที่ใดก็ตาม หากทำไม่ได้ตามนี้ ธุรกิจก็คงไม่อาจดำเนินต่อไปได้อย่างยั่งยืน และนั่นคือประเด็นสำคัญเลยทีเดียว มันเป็นเรื่องที่น่าเหลือเชื่อและรับไม่ได้เมื่อลูกค้ารู้สึกกดดันให้ต้องจ่ายเงินทิป โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อการบริการนั้นย่ำแย่ เงินทิปควรเป็นรางวัลสำหรับการบริการที่ดี ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่มาจากการบังคับขู่เข็ญ การที่บริการก็แย่แต่ยังมากดดันเอาเงินทิปอีกนั้น ถือเป็นการกระทำที่ไร้มารยาทและหน้าไม่อายอย่างยิ่ง พฤติกรรมเช่นนี้แหละที่ทำให้ลูกค้าไม่อยากกลับมาใช้บริการอีกเลย
