K.88 Massage and Spa

It's a strange feeling when you can't really fault the therapist for the amount of work done during a two-hour session, yet somehow none of it comes together as an actual massage. There was plenty of movement and effort, but it all felt like a series of disconnected, mechanical actions rather than a thoughtful, flowing treatment. No real rhythm, no sense of technique, and certainly no feeling of a complete experience. Unfortunately, quantity never turned into quality. I had high expectations, but left feeling disappointed.

We visited K88 Massage and Spa in Vientiane and had a body massage. Everything was excellent, very relaxing and professional!! The staff were kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful and the massage helped us fully relax after traveling. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and will come back again next time we are in Vientiane. Thank you for the great experience!!

We visited this place as a couple expecting a traditional Lao massage. Upon arrival, the staff recommended a different type of massage without clearly explaining what it involved. We were treated differently: I was given a normal massage, while my partner was not provided proper massage clothing and was left in underwear (then his underwear was removed). Curtains were closed during the session. During the massage, the therapist performed sexual actions on my partner without any prior discussion or consent. This situation was unexpected and uncomfortable for both of us. If you are looking for a standard, professional massage, you may want to clarify services very carefully in advance or consider other places.
