Worst KTV experience ever. Service is awful, food is overpriced. Booked with this silly business 1 week in advance, When the day arrived, we we're greeted nicely and was brought to the designated room. Ambience is nice but we can't properly enjoy as the menu of their karaoke is in Chinese. We then ordered food, after 1 hour of waiting, a waiter came in to advise that the service will be delayed. Then he went back in after an hour to serve the first batch of orders. It took them 2 hours to prepare a few winga and chips. THe waiter mentioned that they ran out of ingredients and gas. The food serve is not even tasty. To think that we hace booked in advance, they have not prepared their kitchen for customers. We asked to talked to the manager, sent her multiple of messages, but even the manager did not have the decency to face us until it was time to pay the bill. Beware of this establishment! They appear as "closed" in google but they are not. However, with what we had experienced, they are better to close. Don't waste your time and money with this business and look somewhere else.
It was a nightmare. Don’t even dare to try. Worst food. Worst servings. Worst customer service. 15k gone in 4 hours pero wala kaming nakain halos. Pero pag Chinese ka, VIP ka jan! Pag Pinoy wag na kayong umasa.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY FAVOR CHINESE CUSTOMERS. IF YOU ARE NOT CHINESE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ARE RUDE TO FILIPINO CUSTOMERS. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AT ALL. TO THINK WE SPENT 15 THOUSAND PESOS.
