Naka 10 minutes pa lang. But still 1 hour pa din yung binayaran kahit sila my problema. Wag kayo. Dito pangit ng manangement.
Very poor customer service. They should reconsider training their employees again to avoid miscommunication. Also, they shouldn't charge customers for the excess time spent in a room waiting for an unserved meal (pwede naman siguro i-void yun?) As compensation for their lapses nalang din sana.

I visited I Sing KTV Bar yesterday around 11:00 p.m. Even though it was a Thursday and not yet the weekend, the place was already quite crowded, which says a lot about its popularity. The place was clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The sound system was good, and their song selection is updated. The seats were comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was working well. The staff were all friendly, and the payment process was quick and smooth. They accept tap-to-pay using a smartphone for card payments. I’m not sure if they have a traditional card terminal. Overall, I would definitely go back and recommend this place. It’s affordable, and the service is good.
