We had a great stay in this hotel. Very close to the airport to wait for connecting flights. Ideal to spend a night or two. Do not go to the city if you have a flight the next day, stay close, the traffic is mad. The restaurant of this hotel and the quality is very good as well, the price is a bit high though. The rooms are okay for a night. The spa is not included in the price. The rooftop is nice, the staff is okay too. 8/10. Niceeee.

Have experience staying here with my daughter and wife,i choice quick book on way from airport and they give early at 1pm quite helpful, overall so good and perfect, nice staff clean room with full accommodation like sauna, gym and big swimmingpool,have also salon and hair care for women who love it,nice breakfast and kind service.thanks give good memories ahead in life.
I wasn’t too sure about what a transit hotel had to offer tbh - I expected hard beds, spartan conditions and just fly out the next day. But to my pleasant surprise, FM7 felt more like a mini resort. The airport pick was good (they appear 10-15 mins before the start of every hour so don’t panic if you are early). The food is very well done - slightly pricey but very clean and great service. The swimming pool is great, and surprisingly they have a steam room that is really hot (not the token steam room most places have that don’t really heat up), a hot whirlpool area and a cold pool that is really really icy which I never expected to be offered in the Indonesian climate but they had it! We were lucky to be there on Sunday, where the staff organises a weekly even for kids and also run a reptile showcase of lizards (you can hold them or feed them), and we even had time for a haircut, spend time at the gym, and even have a massage. A pretty good place to transit if you ever needed to!

Excellent value, fantastic spa and perfect airport hotel I stayed at FM7 Resort Hotel for one night after arriving in Jakarta and honestly could not have chosen a better place to recover after a long journey. The value for money is excellent. My room was comfortable, clean and everything worked exactly as it should, including the air conditioning and refrigerator. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. A real highlight for me was the spa area. It is much more than I expected from an airport hotel and a great place to relax after a long flight. I also had a massage there, which was excellent. The whole spa and wellness offer makes FM7 a place where you can actually enjoy spending some time rather than simply waiting for your next flight. I also ate at the hotel restaurant and was very happy with the food. The complimentary airport shuttle is another major advantage. Everything was extremely well organized, from arranging the pickup via WhatsApp to being collected at the airport and transferred back again. Communication was easy and reliable, and the whole process worked perfectly. For me, FM7 is much more than just a convenient airport hotel. It is a very comfortable place to arrive, recover and relax before continuing a trip. I would absolutely stay here again. In fact, looking back, I almost regret not planning an extra day here on my return journey just to enjoy the hotel and spa before flying home. Next time in Jakarta, I will happily come back.
Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos mientras hacíamos una escala en Yakarta y quedamos sorprendidos con la calidad del hotel y su servicio súper atento. Te recogen en el propio aeropuerto y tiene restaurantes de buena calidad dentro del propio resort, además de un spa que es ideal para relajarse entre vuelos. Nos hemos marchado con pena de no haber podido quedarnos más días para disfrutar de este maravilloso hotel.
Posizione ottima dall aereoporto con navetta sia per andata che rientro basta avvisare per tempo in reception. Camere molto ampie, buona la colazione. Presente anche un ristorante all interno, visto che nella zona non ce altro. Disponibilità della piscina sauna e palestra, inoltre si possono utilizzare anche dopo il check out anche solo per una doccia prima del volo
