I have been a fan of foot reflexology for more than 25 years. Over the years, the requirement of a strong/hard foot masseuse that can "hurt" a bit has become a MUST... Or else, its not an enjoyable experience for me. Family Reflexology at SS2 has the largest team of strong foot masseuse around. For heavy hitters, call and book Number 38, 77, 87 ... There were more but there is constant turnover in staff. RM50 for an hour of Foot Reflex. Add a little more for shoulder combo. None of the usual upfront package sales so its easy on your wallet. What a great value!

I had a massage around 9:40 on the second floor. The therapist was very rough and seemed unmotivated. She even pulled the chair without saying anything — it was very impolite. My session was more than one hour, and the longer it went on, the more upset I felt. She even brought her phone to the chair where she was supposed to be giving a proper massage. She did not speak at all, and she kept moving the chair roughly. This is the first time I have had such an experience. I kindly ask the owner not to hire lazy and impolite staff. I will not come back to this place again. Thank you.
