The rooftop has a great view, but lack in decoration, in order to attract more visitors and tourists, there should be more lounge space, light decoration and bar decoration. Every corner should be worth to take pictures since in Myanmar social media is a big deal. Rooms and hallways need decoration and renovation, air-fresheners should be placed along hallways. The elevator card should be able to access any floor levels. My brother and his miso enjoyed the spa. The gym was in renovation. Downstairs restaurant is so loud, well most of the time I don’t understand so I don’t really care. Some of the reception desk staff are so lovely and nice with great smile. Front door assistances are so helpful.. even helping me in across the busy street. The wifi is always in need of fixing, I had exams during my holiday. The staff services are worth staying there. Okay for a quick stay in Yangon and conveniently located next to Kandawgyi Park. The rooms are fine but the bathrooms could be cleaned up and there was no safe in the two rooms I stayed in. The wifi didn't work for most of my stay. I got a massage there that was pretty good, but the massage rooms are just empty hotel rooms.
Hôtel bien situé avec vue panoramique sur le lac et Yangun. Manque juste une piscine pour le retour des excursions... Un massage et une douche font l affaire.
Very nice and convenient hotel! The staff is friendly one of the staff Front desk manager gave us a lot of advise for where to go, where to eat and where to shop. Our package has breakfast and the price is reasons with this type of quality! Will recommend for visitors since it is walking distance to many popular places! I also went to there spa. The skill is great and the price is good (1 hour oil massage for 23 USD) but when we finished and try to get the shower, the water is not hot enough (to me it is pretty old) so need to improve this.
I like the service mind and attitude of the staffs here. They were friendly, helpful and attentive to minor details from the lobby to guest room. Though the place is not up to those supremium hotels, it is best of its league. The restaurant is on 9th floor, the highest flloor, where guests can enjoy the panoramic view of Kandawgyi Lake and Shwedagon Pagida in distance. Well equipped fitness gym and spa are on second floor. There is a good Chinese restaurant just few steps away. A modern shopping centre and supermarket are nearby. Strongly recommend this hotel in Yankon.
Near to the Kandawgyi lake.Some room are lake view but some are not.They have spa and gym.
Attracted by its gold-and-black-decorated-lobby, where situated just opposite of Kandawgyi Lake. Uniqueness of this hotel is stunning panorama lake view from 9th floor rooftop restaurant and its friendliness. No swimming pool though it is called 4-star hotel. But I enjoyed their spa and fitness center there. Added: Visited again yesterday. Lake view is as stunning as all the time. Found new jewelry shop opened in the lobby (ground floor), other side of the reception. Shop name is "VOW".
My room was clean, sheets crisp, air con good and the bathroom clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and the beauty spa was worth three visits!!. The hotel is on a busy road and they do love honking their horns, but, don't worry, this town is silent at night!
