Very friendly bar with honest owners . Easily the best bar on St130 nice girls and lots of them . Good beer , good music with a good atmosphere . One of the few bars where you can trust to get honest bill . Ignore the recent negative comments as they are simply not true, The reviewer is bitter and angry about something but I can say 100% this is a fake review by him for some reason, maybe a jealous bar owner from another bar .

Great place to hang out whenever I am in town. Staff are friendly and not pushy. They also know how to make an Old Fashioned cocktail 🥃.

One of the best bars in Phnom Penh…. Cowgirl Bar is fantastic! The atmosphere is always lively, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The girls are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for a great night out!
Ok so I have been to many bars in the world being a pilot. This place tried to charge twice as much as we spent. There was 2 of us and 6 girls so we figured $5 drink per girl would be enough. We got the bill and it was close to $900 for 2 hrs of drinking. If each one of us had 10 drinks then would have been $400. These girls never had that many drinks and they said so after confronting them. If you are a foreigner please skip this bar, it will save you money and an hour hassle.
