Blue Rock Resort

The facilities are in terrible condition. I regretted staying here as soon as I arrived. I booked two nights, but I left after just one night. There was no hot water, and most of the equipment and facilities were old, damaged, or broken and could not be used. The restaurant was closed, and they only sold basic drinks like beer and Coke. The good restaurants that used to be in this area have also disappeared, and there are very few customers now. It seems that the whole area has gone downhill. If you visited this place years ago, I can assure you that it is no longer the same place you remember. I booked two nights but left after only one night. I was extremely disappointed. I wasted both my time and money.

We went here last February, but i'm making this review rn lol MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT STAY!!! Though they gotta upgrade some things, especially the lights and the bathroom (maybe it's the shower) in some smaller rooms (cuz we checked in in one). Also, the beach is great, so as the view and the pool! The vibes is really giving vacation, and I wanna go back so bad!! But we went past a post, to park next to the resort, and charged us 100 pesos/head (i don't remember how much), my mom nearly lashed out, so did I lol. Hate that tho.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and amenities did not match the photos advertised online, which created expectations that were not met upon arrival. There were several issues throughout our stay. The bathroom did not even have basic necessities such as tissue paper. We also found a number of cockroaches on the sink, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, there was a power outage in the middle of the night. Because of the outage, the refrigerator leaked water onto the floor, creating a mess and inconvenience. The following morning, there was no running water available, making it difficult to attend to basic hygiene needs. Additionally, water was seeping in from underneath the front door, indicating poor weatherproofing and maintenance of the room. Overall, the condition of the room and the numerous maintenance issues significantly affected our stay. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly and ensures that the amenities and room conditions accurately reflect what is advertised to future guests.
