⭐️ 1 star. The drag show is excellent, but my experience with the advertised happy hour was extremely disappointing. I visited on a Friday the previous week and received the advertised 8–10 PM happy hour with no issue. I returned the following Friday at 9 PM, only to be told by both the bartender and server that happy hour had been “outlawed by the Parliament of Cambodia.” That explanation seemed highly questionable, especially since I have screenshots from the business confirming that happy hour is advertised every day from 8–10 PM, except for certain party days (which appear to be Saturdays). If the promotion had actually been cancelled, the business should have updated its advertising. Instead, being given what appeared to be a questionable explanation by multiple staff members left me feeling misled and targeted. Take screenshots of their promotions before you go. Based on my experience, I would not assume the advertised deals will actually be honored.

Une véritable arnaque. Nous avons payé 15 $ pour un drag show, annoncée à 21 h, puis 22 h, puis 23 h. Finalement, plusieurs heures d’attente, debout, alors que les places assises étaient réservées aux clients achetant une bouteille à 100 $. Après deux ans de voyage et de nombreux bars LGBT fréquentés en Asie et ailleurs, c’est une des expériences les plus médiocres que nous ayons vécues. Le patron a été odieux, froid et méprisant. Incapable de regarder ses clients dans les yeux, il nous a simplement répondu de partir lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement. Un comportement indigne d’un gérant. Nous sommes LGBT et habitués aux établissements réellement inclusifs. Ici, l’engagement ressemble surtout à un argument commercial. À fuir. Il existe heureusement de bien meilleures adresses à Phnom Penh.
