Bella Bello KTV

We had a very disappointing experience at this KTV. Firstly service was non existent from any of the service crew. Ladies sit less than 10 mins before leaving for other rooms. For the time they were in the room, they were either using phone or waiting for you to engage them. FYI, we took 2 ladies each halfway through our session to ensure lesser ‘downtime’ but half the time we were just entertaining ourselves alone in the room. Best part is mummy not only does not ensure the customer enjoy their time there, they can still ask us as customer to help them pour liquor for their glasses?!

This lounge provides a consistently high-quality experience from start to finish. The team is very welcoming, attentive, and consistently ensures guests are well taken care of throughout their visit. The food is flavorful and well-prepared, exceeding expectations in both taste and presentation. Service is prompt, smooth, and well-organized, making the entire experience feel effortless and comfortable. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, relaxing, and suitable for both casual and special occasions. Overall, it is a highly enjoyable place with great service standards and strong attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend it.
