My friends and i booked a room in this ktv bar (at the 360 vip room) while at first felt underwhelming in the photos online, it was actually really nice inside. Room is very cold, karaoke machine is amazing as it has even the most updated songs (like Sabrina Carpenter or Chappell Roan!). Food is also good, tho can be improved as most dishes served to us were way too salty. While everyone else here is saying service was long, actually for us it went well! We were there from 9 PM to 2 AM. We will def come back!
Rented a room for a few hours with a couple of friends. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sound wasn't bad although the remote was worn making it difficult to enter song choices at times.

Was my third time to visit the establishment, but maybe it being new year the manager wanted to make extra money. Manager had the audacity to blame us for not listening to him properly, no sense of accountability whatsoever. They're not the only karakoe business in the area, better just look for something else.
