Fashion Spa on the 6th floor was terrible—hands down the worst spa I’ve experienced in Jakarta. The mamasan was fine and did give me a heads-up beforehand, but the therapists were careless, unprofessional, and had terrible attitudes. Frankly, people like that should never have been hired in the first place. The whole operation felt disorganized. Apart from the room setting, which was acceptable but nothing special, the overall experience was even worse than at basic roadside massage places.
