Bagus

Pembohong beda sama yang di boking

Hati2 SPA 129 PENIPU CONSUMEN. Sudah merambah ke michat. Kalau spa mau bangkrut tutup aja. Jangan suka nipu. Terapis suka nagih uang diatas 500k. Black bold spa 129. @mabespolri.

This place is a scam, do not come here. My husband and I paid 500K for a 1.15hr massage which included full body, feet and face. Face service was not received at all and only 30-40min service. When we confronted the ladies about it after they lied and said that they had asked us if we want a face massage and we said no??? We unfortunately had to demand a refund due to the lack of service provided and reduced time + all the lies that came with it (and even then we only got back half of the amount). Initially they said no refund despite paying them in cash BEFORE the service but we continued to demand and informed them we were going to escalate matters. The ladies massaging were extremely rude. One had just woken up from a nap was providing a half assed service as well as burping during the service. The place was dirty and unprofessional and old.. The ladies asked us to change while they were still in the room. No towels or any washing provided after. Very horrible. Don't reccomend.
