A bar fine is a fee some go-go bars charge for a staff member to leave the venue with a customer before closing time — nothing more, and nothing the venue arranges beyond that door fee. The venue formats you'll see signposted on the street
Walk down Soi Cowboy or Walking Street and the signs themselves use shorthand: "a-go-go" or "go-go bar" for the stage-format venues concentrated in districts like Soi Cowboy and Walking Street Pattaya; "gentlemen's club" for a smaller number of more upscale venues with a stricter dress code and a higher minimum spend.
